About Bathroom Demolition Services Services

Renovating a bathroom means gutting the old one first. Removing a tub, pulling tile, disconnecting fixtures, and hauling everything out is heavy, messy, skilled work. We demolish and remove, leaving the space clear and ready for new installation.

Bathroom demolition in Spokane requires knowing what can be salvaged, what needs to be carefully disconnected, and what gets hauled away. We handle the work safely, dispose of materials responsibly, and leave you a clean, empty space ready for your contractor to start fresh.

From removing the vanity to breaking out tile to taking away the old tub, we do the demolition work that most homeowners hire out. You get a prepped space without the dust, mess, and back-breaking labor.

How bathroom demolition services works

Four steps from the first call to a swept-clean space, with the price agreed before anything is lifted.

Step 1

We assess the scope

Walk the bathroom with you. Understand what needs to come out, what your contractor needs ready, and any special considerations.

Step 2

We quote the full job

Demolition pricing depends on size, tile coverage, and access. We give you the exact price before we swing a hammer.

Step 3

We demolish and remove

Everything gets carefully removed, broken down if needed, and loaded on our truck. We haul tile, fixtures, tubs, and all demolition debris.

Step 4

Your space is prepped

Empty, clear, and ready for your contractor to start new installation. All debris and old materials are gone.

What it costs

Priced by truck space, not by the hour

The crew looks at the actual load, gives you one firm number, and you approve it before the first item is lifted. Access and any dismantling are already in that number rather than added at the end.

Bathroom Demolition Services questions

Frequently
asked

The questions Spokane customers ask most, answered straight. Anything not covered here, call and ask.

See all FAQs
Can you remove a vanity without damaging the wall behind it?
Usually yes. Depends on how it's installed and what's behind it. We work carefully to minimize damage to the structure your contractor needs intact. Call (509) 266-0418 to discuss your bathroom demolition project.
Do you handle disconnecting plumbing and electrical?
We can disconnect and remove fixtures in most cases. Complicated plumbing work (breaking connections in walls) or electrical work may need a licensed plumber or electrician first. We'll advise when we see the setup.
Can you remove tile without damaging the drywall underneath?
Not always. Tile removal is aggressive work. If the drywall is damaged in the process, that's part of the demo job your contractor will handle during renovation.
How long does bathroom demolition take?
Most bathrooms take 4-6 hours. Size, tile coverage, and how fixtures are installed affect the time. We give you an estimate when we schedule.
What if the bathroom has hazardous materials like asbestos?
Asbestos tile or insulation requires licensed abatement. We don't handle that. If suspected, hire an abatement contractor first, then we remove what's left.
Can you salvage the fixtures or tile?
Some items can be salvaged if you want them. Tubs, sinks, and fixtures can be removed carefully. Let us know if you want to keep anything.
