Priced by truck
space, approved
at the curb
We quote by how much of the truck your load fills — not by the hour and not by counting pieces. You see the number before the first item is lifted, and nothing moves until you approve it.
How much
truck you fill
Four sizes cover almost every job. The crew tells you which one you are before anything is loaded, so the number is never a surprise at the end.
1/4 Load
A couch and a few boxes, a single appliance, or a small closet clearout.
1/2 Load
A packed single garage bay, a bedroom set, or a modest yard debris pile.
3/4 Load
A full two-car garage, a basement clearout, or a small deck teardown with haul-away.
Full Truck
A whole-floor estate cleanout, a shed demolition with debris, or a full property clearout. One of our truckloads holds about eight pickup-truck loads.
We publish sizes rather than prices because the number also depends on access and whether anything has to be taken apart. Call and describe the pile and we will give you a range on the phone, then a firm price on site.
Four things
set the price
Nothing else does. There is no fuel surcharge, no travel fee inside the service area and no hourly clock running while the crew works.
How much space it takes
Volume is the main driver. We quote by how much of the truck your items fill, not by the hour and not by counting pieces.
What the items are
Most household and construction debris prices the same by volume. A few categories cost more to dispose of properly, and mattresses and appliances are the usual ones.
How hard it is to reach
A pile in the driveway is quicker than a third-floor walkup or a crawlspace. Stairs, tight doorways and long carries add labor, and we account for that in the on-site quote.
Whether it needs taking apart
Hot tubs, sheds, decks and playsets have to be dismantled before they can be loaded. That is part of the quote, not an extra added afterward.

★★★★★“Zach and Matthew arrived right on time, gave me a very fair and transparent estimate on the spot, and got straight to work. They were professional, polite, and extremely careful not to scratch any walls while moving the heavy stuff.”
