How Junk Removal Works in Spokane
You get the job walked on the phone, a firm price at the curb, and a crew that clears the space before it leaves.
What a Legend Job
Actually Looks Like
The standard Jason Lasko set is that you know what is happening before it happens, from the first phone call through the photos we send when the truck pulls away.
We Size the Job on the Phone
Call and we ask what the pile is, where it sits, and how we will reach it. Stairs, an alley, a basement staircase in an older Spokane home. That call is also where we explain how volume pricing works, so the number at the curb is never a surprise.
A Firm Price Before Anything Moves
The crew arrives inside your window, looks at the actual load, and gives you one price based on how much truck space it fills. You approve it before the first item is lifted. If the job needs specialty heavy work such as concrete, we bring in a trade partner we already use and it is priced into that same number.
We Do the Lifting
Furniture and appliances out of a packed garage, a flood damaged basement, a water heater up a narrow 1950s stairwell. The crew handles the carry, the stairs and the loading. We sweep the space before we pull away.
Payment, or Photos If You Are Not There
You pay once the space is clear and you are happy with it. If you cannot be on site, which is common on rentals, estates and property management jobs, we collect payment before we start and send confirmation photos of the cleared space when we finish.

The Quote Comes From the Load
We price on how much of the truck your items fill, not by the hour and not per piece. You see which load size you are before we touch anything.
Access Is Part of the Number
A pile in the driveway is faster than a third floor walkup or a tight basement stair. We factor the carry into the on site quote instead of adding it afterward.
Jobs You Do Not Have to Attend
Property managers, realtors and out of town families book us without being on site. Those jobs are paid before we start and closed out with photos of the cleared space.

★★★★★“Zach and Matthew arrived right on time, gave me a very fair and transparent estimate on the spot, and got straight to work. They were professional, polite, and extremely careful not to scratch any walls while moving the heavy stuff.”
