About Basement Cleanouts Services

A basement that fills with storage, broken furniture, old appliances, and things you meant to deal with months ago. It's a catch-all that gets full. Clearing it yourself means trips up and down stairs carrying heavy items and dealing with whatever's been down there. We haul the entire basement in one trip.

Basements in Spokane are often cold, damp, and cramped. We work efficiently in that environment, removing boxes, furniture, appliances, renovation debris, and the accumulation of years. Wet boxes, old equipment, broken drywall. We handle it all.

You get a clean, usable basement. Items that can be donated go to local centers. Renovation debris and junk are disposed of responsibly. One efficient job clears your space completely.

Not sure it qualifies?

Call and describe it. If it fits in the truck and it is legal to haul, it goes. Hazardous materials are the short list we cannot take.

How basement cleanouts works

Four steps from the first call to a swept-clean space, with the price agreed before anything is lifted.

Step 1

We go downstairs and see what's there

We walk the basement, understand the volume and type of items, and identify anything special like appliances or hazardous materials.

Step 2

We quote the full job

One price for clearing the entire basement completely. No surprises or per-item charges. You approve and we start.

Step 3

We haul it all up and out

Everything gets loaded on our truck. Old furniture, boxes, appliances, debris. We do the heavy lifting and stair work.

Step 4

Your basement is clear

Empty and ready for use. Items are donated or recycled where facilities accept them, and otherwise disposed of responsibly. Your space is actually usable again.
