About Assisted Living Cleanouts Services

A move to assisted living, a room transition, or clearing a loved one's space is emotional and complex. We handle the junk removal with respect and efficiency so families can focus on what matters. Your space gets cleaned out completely and responsibly.

Whether a resident is moving into a facility, transitioning to a larger room, or a family is managing a move, we remove furniture, personal items, and debris without rushing or adding stress. We work flexibly around family schedules and care routines.

Assisted living moves often mean downsizing. We take what doesn't fit, recycle and donate items when possible, and leave a clean, ready space. Families appreciate the professionalism and compassion of working with us.

Four steps from the first call to a swept-clean space, with the price agreed before anything is lifted.

Family and care schedules matter. We work around resident care times and family availability. Flexible timing, no pressure.

Step 3

We remove respectfully

Our crew handles the job professionally and compassionately. We load items carefully, keep the process calm, and finish without disruption.

Step 4

The space is ready

See all FAQs
How do I get started with an assisted living cleanout?
Call us at (509) 266-0418 or describe the situation. We ask what needs to stay, what should be donated, and what gets removed. We're flexible and work at your family's pace.
Can you donate items to charity?
Yes. Usable furniture, clothing, and household items can go to local donation centers. We handle the logistics. Damaged or unusable items are disposed of responsibly.
What if the resident is still in the room during the cleanout?
We can work around residents, families, and staff. Some prefer to stay, others prefer to step out. We adapt and keep the environment calm and respectful.
How much notice do we need to give?
A day or two is ideal, but we often accommodate shorter notice if you're in urgent need. Call and tell us the timeline and we'll do our best to schedule quickly.
Are there items you won't remove?
Medical equipment, mobility aids in use, and items the facility needs to stay should not be included in your list. We remove personal items and furniture the resident is leaving behind.
Do you coordinate with the facility staff?
Yes. We can confirm timing and access directly with the assisted living facility manager or coordinator if you'd like. We work smoothly with their schedule.
